Jamón serrano Alpujarra is a premium Spanish ham cured by a natural fresh air curing process in the Alpujarra mountains. Compared to the front leg, the leg offers a higher meat content and easier slicing. The meat is more intense in flavour due to the longer maturation, offering a taste experience for advanced gourmets.
