These terms and conditions set out the mutual business relationship, terms, conditions, rules, rights and obligations between you, our customer ("Customer"), and Jana Hadravová, an individual ("Operator") who operates an online shop at www.spanelskasunka.cz.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions
The customer accepts these general terms and conditions by placing a binding order. If he does not do so, he may not accept them.
Ordering the goods (and the so-called conclusion of the contract)
The order can be placed at www.spanelskasunka.cz in the online shop, by email, SMS or by telephone on the contact number. The order is binding if the customer fills in all the data required for reliable delivery of the goods.
Once the order has been entered into the ordering system and the customer has been informed by email, the order is considered a concluded purchase contract and a binding order.
Order processing time
Orders are processed by the operator from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. If the customer places an order outside these times, the operator will endeavour to process it as quickly as possible, but no later than the next working day at the specified time.
The operator reserves the right to offer the customer the means of transport of his choice. The current shipping methods, including delivery times, are always available for viewing in the All About section of www.spanelskasunka.cz. Goods are delivered to any valid shipping address in the Czech Republic. In the case of a business address, the name of the company must also be provided.
The operator reserves the right to change prices. Valid prices are always listed at www.spanelskasunka.cz. The price valid for an order is the price valid at the moment of its execution. Price changes after the order has been placed no longer affect the price of the order.
The prices listed on www.spanelskasunka.cz are final prices.
Shipping prices are listed in the All About section of www.spanelskasunka.cz.
Payment methods and prices
The Operator gives the Customer a choice of methods listed in the All About section of www.spanelskasunka.cz. In the case of bank transfer, an advance invoice is sent to the customer when the order is placed. When making the transfer, the customer enters the order number in the variable symbol field. As soon as the money arrives in the operator's account, the customer is immediately informed and the goods are dispatched. The invoice is enclosed with the goods.
The usual delivery time is 2 working days from receipt of the order or receipt of payment on account. All goods displayed on www.spanelskasunka.cz are in stock unless otherwise stated.
If the operator is not able to arrange dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of the order (or receipt of payment), it is obliged to inform the customer and the customer has the right to withdraw from the order with the right to an immediate refund if it.
Unfortunately, the operator is not able to influence the exact time of delivery in the case of shipping companies. Therefore, the shipment can be delivered on a working day at any time between 9:00 and 18:00. However, the driver has the customer's telephone number and it is often possible to arrange a time for delivery.
Withdrawal from the contract by the customer
The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before the goods are dispatched without giving any reason. Cancellation can be made by any contact method.
In accordance with the law, the customer may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. It is only necessary for the customer to comply with the following (simple) conditions:
- Inform the operator of the return.
- Return the goods undamaged. In the case of a jamón, uncut. The goods must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport.
- Deliver the goods to the operator at Slovenská 1933, 35601 Sokolov
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, the operator is obliged to refund the customer by bank transfer without delay (at the latest within 2 days after receipt of the goods).
Withdrawal from the contract by the operator
The operator may cancel the order if:
- it is unable to deliver the goods on time
- the price from the supplier has changed significantly
- there is a technical error on the part of the operator (e.g. incorrectly priced goods)
If the customer has already paid, the money will be refunded without delay.
Security and protection of personal data
All customer data is used only for the needs of spanelskasunka.cz. The data is stored in a database and is protected as best as possible against misuse. If a customer wishes to be deleted from the database without giving a reason, the operator is obliged to do so immediately.
The data is not provided to any other entities except for shipping companies that would otherwise be unable to ensure delivery of the shipment.
Customer information is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic (Personal Data Protection Act 101/2000 Coll.).
Warranty and claims
The operator is not liable for damage to the goods caused by the customer after delivery due to poor storage.
All products are subject to a statutory warranty period of 6 months from the date of sale. If the expiry date is less than 6 months, the warranty period is governed by the expiry date.
The buyer is obliged to take a good look at the goods after receipt. He may then return it within 14 days without giving reasons or within the warranty period if he finds any defect in the goods not caused by poor storage. A defect is not surface mould, which is often a natural concomitant of the ripening process.
If a defect is identified, the customer is obliged to contact the operator at the company's contacts to settle the claim.
After the complaint has been approved, the goods must be sent back to the address.

These terms and conditions are valid in the version published on www.spanelskasunka.cz at the moment of order execution. By sending (placing) the order, the customer confirms to the operator that he accepts the price of the goods, including the prices for transport, method of payment, etc. At the same time, the customer confirms his agreement to these terms and conditions.
